Where you work
We care where you actually work.
A license may allow an agent to work across an entire state.
That doesn't mean the agent is truly the right person for every market in that state.
That's why Agents Alliance asks members to identify up to three counties where they primarily work.
We'd rather understand the markets you actually know than create a directory filled with people claiming an entire state.

Not every residential agent wants the same business.

Commercial real estate
A clearly defined commercial network.
Agents who wish to be identified within the Agents Alliance network specifically as commercial real estate professionals will be asked whether they hold the CCIM designation.
CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member.
This allows Agents Alliance to maintain a more clearly defined commercial network rather than treating occasional commercial transaction experience as a commercial specialization.
